Where do you ship to?

What is your delivery time?

Most items in our shop are ready to ship and will be packed & shipped within the next 3 business days.
The items will be shipped by UPS / DHL / EMS. Usually it will take 5-8 days to arrive worldwide.
Please contact us if you need expedited shipping.

What is your return policy?

Our constant effort is to provide excellent quality products and meet our commitment.
However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us first and we'll try to remedy the situation.
We accept returning or replacement within 10 days of receipt. It is imperative to contact us for confirmation before returning. The returned item must be in perfect condition for resale, never worn and are in packaging.
Made to Order items and custom orders cannot be refunded.
Please contact me before the purchase if you have any questions.
* During the Christmas shopping season. We permit a longer return time if you purchase the item as a Christmas gift. If he/she doesn't like it, just keep the item in new condition, you can return or exchange it after Christmas.
