Most items in our shop are ready to ship and will be packed & shipped within the next 3 business days.
The items will be shipped by UPS / DHL / EMS. Usually it will take 5-8 days to arrive worldwide. Sometimes the shipment will be delayed by bad weather or stricter customs clearance. Please kindly be patient.

We accept returning or replacement within 10 days of receipt. It is imperative to contact us for confirmation before returning. The returned item must be in perfect condition for resale, never worn and are in packaging.
Made to Order items and custom orders cannot be refunded.

* During the Christmas shopping season. We permit a longer return time if you purchase the item as a Christmas gift. If he/she doesn't like it, just keep the item in new condition, you can return or exchange it after Christmas.
